The Climbing Place

The Climbing Place is North Carolina’s oldest and most well known climbing gym. Currently, they have 21,000 square feet of climbing: top rope, bouldering, top out, ledge, traverse, Ninja Warrior, obstacles, slacklines, military ropes, campus boards, and even a cargo net . We offer more than 60 top ropes as well as lead climbing for the more advanced climbers. One of the more interesting features is our 400+ foot gym traverse and 800 feet if you go back.
