Welcome to Outpost by Naturalist’s Guide (“Outpost,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, directory platform, and any related apps or services (collectively, the “Service”). 1. About Outpost

Outpost is a directory-style platform designed to help users discover outdoor recreation areas, nature-based businesses, eco-friendly stays, farm-to-table restaurants, outfitters, and outdoor experiences.

Outpost provides general information and user-generated content. We do not guarantee accuracy, safety conditions, or availability of any third-party locations or services listed in the directory.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Outpost. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement.

3. User Accounts

By creating an account, you agree to:

Outpost does not:

  • Endorse any specific business, product, or service
  • Control third-party websites, businesses, or reservation systems

When you interact with a business or visit a location listed on Outpost, you do so at your own risk.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on Outpost—including text, graphics, design, trademarks, logos, and branding—is the property of Naturalist’s Guide unless otherwise noted.

You may not:

  • Reproduce, copy, or use Outpost branding without permission
  • Redistribute our data, listings, or content for commercial purposes
  • Reverse-engineer or copy the structure of the platform

You may share or quote Outpost content for non-commercial use with attribution.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Outpost is provided “as is” and “as available” with no guarantees.

We do not warrant that:

  • The platform will operate without interruption
  • Data or listings are accurate, complete, or current
  • Outdoor conditions, weather, trail access, or third-party operations are safe

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Outpost and Naturalist’s Guide are not liable for:

  • Injuries, damages, or losses arising from outdoor activities

  • Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in directory content

  • Use or inability to use the platform

Your use of Outpost is at your own risk.

You agree to indemnify and hold Outpost and Naturalist’s Guide harmless from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from:
